The Park Residences
Terra Group is now releasing the “Park Residences” at Five Park. These condos are located on floors 8-25 and offer more action-oriented views of Miami Beach, the Canopy Park and Biscayne Bay. You can still enjoy the more distant qualities of the views, all the way to Downtown Miami’s skyline to the west and the Atlantic Ocean to the east. There are so many people who prefer the mid-level views over the views from the top of the building for a host of reasons. The kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities were designed and made in Italy, each featuring stone countertops and backsplashes that compliment the porcelain flooring. The appliances, including wine chillers are made by Gaggenau.

While enjoying your time at Five Park, a full staff is available to ensure that your time is used efficiently, even if it is solely leisure time. The lobby is serviced by 24-hour valet, security, concierge and butler service. They can help to arrange housekeeping services, property management, and more. There is transportation to the private Beach Club via electric Moke, complimentary towel service at the pools or beach club and an a-la-carte menu of services for owners that includes in-residence dining and spa services.
