After sailing through the Miami Urban Review Design Board process in June, the St. Regis Residences Miami has opened its new sales gallery along South Brickell Avenue. The project is slated to rise on the waterfront lot at 1809 Brickell Avenue, Miami FL 33129.
To celebrate the new sales gallery, the developer has released a handful of new renderings, highlighting the level of service expected at the ultra-luxury project.
The new tower is designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) and is being developed in a joint venture between Related Group and Integra Investments. There will be 152 private residences throughout the 48-floor tower and it is important to note that while the project is branded for the ultra-luxury St. Regis hotel chain, there is no hotel component in this project. It is purely residential with hotel-level services and amenities.
At the moment, both a demolition permit for the existing structure as well as a construction permit for the new 639-foot tower are under consideration in the City of Miami.

This Bonvoy program is available at all Marriott-owned brands, of which the list is lengthy and includes Edition, The Ritz Carlton, St. Regis, W Hotels, and JW Marriott.
The residences range from two- to six-bedroom layouts with prices starting at $4.3 million. Roughly half of the purchase opportunities are already in contract.
