Each of the bespoke residences brings at least 45-feet of water frontage (full-floor residences have 75-feet of frontage) and three to five bedrooms with open plans, Italian kitchens and design inspired by Morris Lapidus’s “Miami Modern” aesthetic that fully embraces the coveted waterfront location.

The amenities in the development are also curated to a specific owner. Rather than a simple boat dock, Indian Creek Residences will bring a full-service marina with five private yacht slips and one to be shared between the residences. The full-time dockmaster offers concierge services to accommodate guest needs at one of the only private yacht clubs in the area.
On the roof of the development, buyers will find an elegant rooftop pool and outdoor lounge with a screening area as well as a luxurious state-of-the-art wellness center.

Prices of the remaining three residences range from $5.6 million for a 3,283 square foot three bedroom residence up to $11 million for the 5,164 square foot penthouse with five bedrooms and a 650 square foot terrace.
