Just in time for the lavish grand opening opening, Aston Martin Residences in Downtown Miami has sold its final Sky Penthouse. The 59th-floor residence boasts over 9,500 square feet of interior living space and sold for $23 million.
As a closing gift, the developer included a limited edition Aston Martin DBX Riverwalk Edition SUV with the purchase, valued at over $250,000.

Limited to just 47 exclusive owners, the never-before available Aston Martin DBX sport utility vehicle or the DB11 sports car were commissioned for the buyers of each of the iconic penthouses. The Aston Martin Riverwalk Edition finishes include a sleek Jet Black paint on 22-inch wheels. On the interior, owners are enveloped in elegant Obsidian Black with Piano Black Wood Veneer that is contrasted with Satin Chrome detailing.
Residence 5901 sits atop the 69-story, 817-foot tower and spans 9,573 interior square feet that sprawls out to a 3,324 square foot terrace totaling a breathtaking 12,897 square feet of luxurious space overlooking Downtown Miami, the Brickell Financial District and over Miami Beach to the Atlantic Ocean.
