The wait is almost over in Downtown Miami for car enthusiasts. Six years after breaking ground, the much-anticipated Aston Martin Residences is almost complete. Standing at 66-stories tall and shaped like a sail, the tower is the second highest in Miami and in the state of Florida. Only Panorama Tower un Brickell is slightly taller.
With residences ranging from 1 bedroom up to 5 bedroom layouts, the embodiment of the Aston Martin brand is omnipresent throughout the project.

Representatives from the developer report a planned repricing strategy upon the project’s December opening as it is the only Aston Martin designed building in the world with just 391 super-luxury units.
“The opening of Aston Martin Residences is a watershed moment for Miami’s luxury real estate. The meticulous design, the unmatched amenities, the strategic location – it’s an exceptional package. Potential homeowners have a narrow window to leverage pre-launch prices. Post-December, we’re looking at an entirely different pricing paradigm,” said Jacqueline Reeves, a representative for the developer.

The residences began pre-selling in 2017 with three categories of residences in the tower aside from the duplex penthouses and triplex upper penthouse.
Floors 3-14 offer the River Residences, that feature closer views of the mouth of the Miami River, where it joins with the Biscayne Bay. Floors 15-45 feature the Panoramic Residences, with sweeping views of the Biscayne Bay all the way to the Atlantic Ocean. Moving up to the Sky Residences on floors 46-51, owners here will be able to enjoy views all the way to the Everglades.
The crown jewel of the project is the three-story triplex penthouse that includes a one of a kind Aston Martin Vulcan with the purchase.

Ahead of the opening, a select list of purchase opportunities remain including the $59 million upper penthouse that is dubbed “Unique.”
Panoramic residences are available between $4.75 million – $8.75 million depending upon the level. In the Sky Residences current opportunities range from $5.5 million – $6.3 million. It is unclear at this time what the residences will be priced at upon opening in December, the only thing that is clear is there is a significant planned increase.
