Vertical construction has now risen above the 40th floor of Viceroy Brickell in Miami’s Brickell Financial District and the developer is celebrating by releasing a new round of interior renderings.
As part of the One Brickell development at 444 Brickell Avenue, Viceroy Brickell will be the first of the towers to open at 77 SE 5th Avenue. It will rise to 45 stories and bring 420 new residences to the Brickell Financial District, with a minimum lease term of 30 days.

Within the tower, over 37,000 square feet of amenities are offered that are managed by the Viceroy Hotel and Residences team. These amenities include an elevated and sophisticated lobby with an adjacent lobby bar, a MICHELIN-starred restaurant, heated pool and outdoor spa, ample private outdoor pool cabanas along with a summer kitchen adjacent the bocce court.
Indoors, there will be a full-service wellness center, multi-sport simulator studio, a private cinema, full service business center and club as well as a permanent art installations from the Jorge M. Perez Collection.
In addition to the in-house amenities, Viceroy Brickell residents will also have access to the One Brickell Promenade along the Miami River. The lushly landscaped area will feature a private marina as well as a private beach club membership at Grand Bay Club in Key Biscayne.
Prices begin in the mid-$600’s to $2.5 million and are secured with just a 30% deposit.
