Aria Reserve in Edgewater is starting to take shape, according to aerial photos presented by the structural contractor, L&R Structural.
The development has reached level 16 of vertical construction as of late July, which is great progress with the foundation pour being done in February of this year.
At the industry average rate of 1 floor per week after vertical construction begins, we should see the 62-floor tower at its full height of 649 feet by Summer of 2024 and delivery of the residences beginning as scheduled in 2025.
As you can see, the recognizable features of the tower are starting to be on display, with the signature design on the balconies already evident.
The parking structure behind the South Tower is almost at total height.
Aria Reserve’s North Tower has a construction permit pending. When completed, it will also reach 649-feet and have 62 floors.

The key plan above demonstrates the garden amenity that will be incorporated above the parking structure. Amenities are expected to feature wellness activities including yoga and meditation, a solarium, mini olympic pool, tennis, basketball and padel.
In separate pods there will be family activities that include the splash pad, kids’ indoor social rooms, the cinema and mini-golf.

On the east side of the development, along the baywalk, will be a separate bayfront amenity area.
The rendering above also depicts where the towers stand on the grounds. The surrounding amenities will include a restaurant and cafe, dog park, two lounge pools and a meditation area.

When completed in 2025, Aria Reserve will bring a total of 782 residences, of which there are a few purchase opportunities remaining, currently starting at $800,000.
The residences range from one- to seven- bedrooms with square footages of between 1,059-square-feet up to 8,385-square-feet.
