This has been a very busy week for Miami’s ultra-luxury penthouse market. Just days after Aston Martin announced the sale of its Sky Penthouse in Downtown Miami, the St. Regis Residences in Sunny Isles has sold its upper penthouse for a staggering $55 million.
Inside the St. Regis Sunny Isles Penthouse
Perched 750 feet above the sand, the duplex penthouse amasses the 61st and 62nd floors of the South tower. Spanning 9,843 interior square feet, the owner will enjoy four bedrooms, seven baths with two additional powder rooms and a home office. All of the interior amenities are situated under soaring 12-foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the panoramic view from all rooms.
Outdoors, the trophy residence adds an impressive terrace that is 8,822 additional square feet overlooking the ocean and Miami’s iconic skyline. The outdoor living area is a sanctuary with a private pool, Jacuzzi and a summer kitchen. There are also outdoor living and dining areas promising the ultimate of alfresco living for the unnamed buyer.
Amenities Offered
With a brand like St. Regis, owners will receive all of the expected service and class that they have come to know with the luxury hospitality brand. The dramatic lobby boasts over 10,000 square feet and the two towers share over 70,000 square feet of amenity spaces.
Along the beach is a private beach club with cabanas, a beach bar and grill that services guests on the sand, there is a multi-purpose lawn space, splash pad for the small children and areas for larger kids or teens. Pets have their own lawn area as well that is convenient to the pet spa.
The St. Regis Wellness Center offers a juice and nutrition bar with a relaxation lounge and revitalization spa. The beauty salon and barbershop is reserved by the spa concierge and plunge pools, hammam, sauna and steam rooms are at your disposal. For getting fit, there is the state-of-the-art fitness gallery that offers rooms for yoga, spinning and pilates.
Some of the culinary amenities will be open to the public, such as the signature restaurant, with some others reserved for residents-only. The oceanfront terrace dining and lounge, library, business club, herb garden, drawing room, Ellipse Club with cognac room and wine vault and signature St. Regis butler service are all reserved for owners of the project exclusively.
About The St. Regis Sunny Isles
The St. Regis Sunny Isles is a dual-tower development that is currently under construction at 18801 Collins Avenue on Sunny Isles Beach. With a 5-acre footprint, the super-luxury development will offer a massive 435-foot private beach for residents when it is completed in 2027.
Sales have been underway on the first of the two towers since 2022, with 80% currently being spoken for. The penthouse sale comes as developers prepare to introduce the sales for the St. Regis’ North Tower, which will be constructed alongside the initial tower.
Prices of the North Tower residences are expected to surpass those of the South Tower. When the project launched in 2022, the South Tower was priced from $3 million. The North Tower will be offered from $4.5 million to upwards of $15 million for the tower residences.
