Halfway to the top! Just over two months since their initial launch in March, Related Group’s new Viceroy Brickell has reached the 23rd of 45 levels of construction.
Viceroy Brickell is part of the three-tower One Brickell complex that will be located at the intersection of Brickell Avenue and SE 5th Street, with the Miami River serving as the northern border of the complex.
When completed, it will bring 420 luxury residences. The layouts will range in size from 485 square foot studios to two bedroom plans with 1,286 interior square feet as well as two floors of penthouse residences and 56 “city flats” that overlook SE 5th Street.
This will be the first standalone tower for Viceroy, who has had great success as part of mixed-use buildings including Tower 3 of Icon Brickell, which is just across the street.
With the Viceroy brand involved, the residences will receive a comprehensive suite of amenities and services that are exclusive to owners in this tower. Among these amenities are a 14th-floor pool deck with a heated pool, state of the art wellness center, a private theater and exclusive access to a private marina.
Since construction began prior to the project details being launched, the tower broke ground in 2023 and is already halfway to top-off at 45 stories. With the construction moving at the standard 1-floor per week, we should see top-off by the end of the year and completion would come in 2026.
Prices begin in the mid-$600’s to $2.5 million and are secured with just a 30% deposit.
When delivered, each residence will be completely finished and available for occupancy. Rentals will be allowed with a minimum lease term of 30-days.
