After receiving their construction $240 million financing plan and breaking ground in November of 2023, Related Group’s Casa Bella Residences in Downtown Miami’s Art & Entertainment District is moving along at a steady pace.
During the weekend of April 20, the developer was able to undertake their monumental foundation pour, utilizing 140 concrete trucks to pour 1,400 cubic yards of concrete over 1,000,000 lbs (545 tons) of reinforcing rebar to support the vertical construction of Miami’s newest 56-story tower.
Miami development juggernaut Related Group has partnered with Alta Developers to bring the 319 Italian-inspired residences to the Miami skyline, with an anticipated completion date of early 2026.

Casa Bella Residences By B&B Italia’s Finishes
This is the first residential collaboration for the Italian design house, B&B Italia, who has previously collaborated with luxury brands including Rolex, Hermes and Rolls Royce. Casa Bella’s inspiration has deep Italian roots with B&B Italia’s creative director and designer Piero Lissoni spearheading the interiors and amenity spaces.
Residents will enjoy finishes that include integrated Sub-Zero and Wolfe appliance suites with finely crafted European fixtures. Each home offers a private elevator lobby, maximizing the amount of privacy, something that today’s Miamians have learned to look for over recent years. The Neighborhood
Speaking of a thriving urban epicenter, the Miami Arts and Entertainment has become just that. Being located at Northeast 14th Street and Biscayne Boulevard, Casa Bella by B&B Italia will enjoy some of the liveliest nightlife and parks in the city.
Being surrounded by the Adrienne Arscht Center for the Performing Arts, Kaseya Center the Miami City Ballet, Philip & Patricia Frost Museum of Science, the Perez Art Museum and the city’s newest hub, Miami Worldcenter, residents of Casa Bella will never be at a loss for things to do.
In addition to the destinations, over $80 million is being invested in the Miami Underdeck. This is a transformative linear park that is being built below the new I-395 Flyover and Miami Signature Bridge. With the same mindset as New York’s High Line and the Miami Underline through the Brickell Financial District down to Dadeland Mall, the Miami Underdeck will serve as a connection point of the Miami Art District to Downtown Miami.
This area had previously been separated by the elevated highway and blighted space under the bridge. Once complete, the bridge will have increased capacity and visual appeal and the space under the bridge will be home to an activated pedestrian/park area for locals to safely enjoy.

While sales have been strong during the pre-construction phase of the project, there are roughly 55 purchase opportunities remaining with a variety of sizes. Prices currently begin at $1.25 Million for very large residences with one bedroom plus a den and a view facing East.
