Terra and One Thousand Group have unveiled their chic sales gallery for Villa Miami, the first luxury condominium tower to be branded by hospitality juggernaut Major Food Group.
The sales gallery is located at 2742 Biscayne Boulevard, just steps from the waterfront location that will soon be home to the opulent tower. It was designed by Vicky Charles of Charles & Co., serving as an exclusive preview into the first residential outpost of the coveted brand as well as the Miami debut condo project for the designer herself.
When potential buyers arrive at the new sales gallery, they are whisked into a new realm… a preview of day to day life in the tower once it is completed in 2026. The entire experience is curated by Major Food Group’s brand ethos with attendants being trained to the brand’s strict level of service.
The design synergy of Mario Carbone and Vicky Charles is palatable in the truly chef-inspired kitchens that boast CornuFé series ovens and stovetops from La Cornue, Wolf appliances, and pasta sinks that marry a traditional culinary ethos with state-of-the-art standards.
Being that the building is a full brand partnership with Major Food Group, the sales gallery also features a full-scale bar where potential buyers can sample the culinary treats while browsing the finishes and previewing the views.
From tasting Italy’s best espressos, coffees and teas from Ginori Italian porcelain to signature juices and cocktails curated by Mario Carbone himself, the sampling of lifestyle amenities offers a glimpse of what is to come when the residents are welcomed home.

What Villa Miami Offers
Villa Miami is set to rise 55 feet above the bayfront location at 710 NE 29th Avenue in Miami’s Edgewater district. This allots for sweeping views and accessibility via car, boat or helipad for those on the go.
Within the glass walls of the tower, residents and guests will find multiple food and beverage amenities including a residents-only juice bar and coffee lounge to greet you as you start your day to at-home private chef services and cooking lessons.
The private member’s club has an array of spaces for several types of gatherings. There is a curated library, lounge rooms, private offices, a screening room and intimate lounges. Villa Miami also grants Major Food Group VIP status for all residents. This garners early access and invitations to all brand events and openings worldwide as well as exclusive perks when dining at any MFG location.
There are currently seven Major Food Group concepts in the Miami area to choose from, with others in the planning phase.

Villa Miami Timelines
The development was launched in the Spring of 2023 with an exclusive luncheon at Contessa Miami. Since then, sales have continued at a brisk pace with even Miami Heat’s Duncan Robinson signing on to be a resident when the project is completed. Robinson chose a $4.6 million three bedroom plan in order to shorten his commute to Kaseya Center.
Construction of the tower is expected to begin in 2024 with delivery anticipated by the end of 2026.
