Last week, we took a VIP tour of the finished building, checking out all of the luxury amenities, a few finished condos and two of the penthouses that are currently under construction, but boast expansive private terraces with private pools and spectacular water and city skyline views.

The developer is hosting an invite-only grand opening party on February 6th to fully unveil the beautiful new project and announce that the second phase of the development, which includes construction of the 15, 2-story single-family villas designed by Piero Lissoni will commence.
